Understanding Joint ventures?
Hi guys quick question. So I contacted the owner today with an offer. They excepted however they’re also investors/wholsalers and aren’t looking to put it under contract, they want to do a joint venture. I don’t understand that process when it comes to wholesaling. If anyone can shed some light on it that’d be great.
