Hello fellow investors!
Are there any seasoned investors based out of Nashville, TN that would be willing to be a mentor? I've taken a real estate course and have been listening to the BP podcast for a few weeks now and I'm looking to get started on my real estate journey
Any and all help is greatlg appreciated

Hey Adam! What type of real estate investing are you interested in? I have the most amazing mentor - but only if you're looking to do large multifamily and buy apartments...my Dad and I found him in March of last year and closed on 173 units in November! Best of luck in your investing journey...happy to help however I can. Cheers!

Thanks for responding. Buy and hold for multifamily is definitely my goal! Do you know if he's still in Nashville and/or taking on any new people?

@Adam Perry not sure if you’ve ever thought about getting mentorship from someone outside of Nashville but I’m apart of nationwide investing program that helps people learn how to invest in all markets in the country.

I wouldn't mind at all. It would just be difficult to travel anywhere outside of TN b/c I still work a full-time job

@Adam Perry we’re all connected via zoom meetings and have conference calls and we’re very well connected. Do you have Facebook?

@Adam Perry He's in Dallas... however the majority of the members in our group live out of state (and work full-time) so they know what it's like to balance a full-time job while you're tryin to work your way out of it. :) We're a very active group of syndicators with a lot of resources and joint-venture opportunities...we did $250M and 4300+ units in the last 12 months. He is taking on new members slowly...he's pretty particular about who joins in terms of a culture fit and mindset - most concerned about the RIGHT people joining if that makes sense.
