NON-CIRCUMVENTION NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
Hello fellow investors! What is your advice about when to use NCND agreements? A buddy of mine has a $39 million deal for an apartment complex and I offered to help find a buyer. He has asked me to give anyone I want to share information about the property with to complete and sign this agreement. Is it necessary? And, what might be other reasons to use it?
