Off market property owned by my realtor!?
I am considering making an offer on an off market deal that was brought to my attention. I have ran the numbers multiple times and done a lot of due diligence however my one concern is that my realtor is also the property owner. I am struggling to figure out how I want to negotiate the deal without severing the relationship since he also has a lot at stake here. Has anyone else dealt with this? Thank you!
