I’m starting my first rehab project & I don’t really know where to start. I have a few ideas, lenders, title companies but I need a little more guidance to make it all make sense? Anyone starting or researching their first project?

Locate and team up with partners such as contractors, lenders, realtors, inspectors, title companies, etc.

Due your research on the properties and have your partners help you with the research as well. 

Then buy the property.

@Paul Welden Mostly purchasing & certain check points throughout the process type of guidance. My credit is a big challenge. I have a solid lender and title company. I’ve been researching multi-units that I’d like to explore but there’s no one willing to deal with my case. Should I look for a partner with stronger credit to leverage?
