Does anyone know these guys?

Hello Everyone,

I'm an X fix and flip guy who's looking to get back into the real estate market. I did well in the early 2000s but just like many others I lost everything. I'm now looking to get back into the market and try something new. I've come across two different guys who just like many other are selling their programs and promising great success.

Both guys have been around for some time, but I've never worked with either or know of anyone who has. One's name is Bob Diamond - America's Tax Sale Attorney and the other is Shawn Buige and his system is called Surplus funds riches.

Both men are on Youtube and offer their systems for direct purchase or you can partner with them AFTER you buy.

I'm looking for something that I can both learn to do alone as well as partner up with someone.

Please know that ANY information or direction you can give me would really be appreciated.

I'm a father of 7 and trying to provide for them...THEY COME FIRST.

Thank you in advance for your love

Gods Will!

The programs aren't going to teach you anything you don't already know.  You have done this before and have experience with flipping.  What are you hoping to learn from an expensive program.

Being a former flopper doesn't teach Surplus or Overages.

Thanks

What state are you in.  The overages laws are different in many states.

I know this company.and I purchased one of their programs.i worked very hard to get some files in and it's been almost a year since I turned in files I have yet to see any money from this company..I saved up to do this program and there are a lot of things they do not tell you..they have you and 1000s of others doing research..title searching. They promise a hefty commission. But if your not turning in 100 files a month which cost you money for all the copies they require. I would say will cost you around 50 dollars per file. Your doing all the hard work and they do the rest..it's been a year since I started and I was informed today that I will most likely not be seeing any kind of payment because I have a low amount of files turned in. I was told it would take 4-6 months at most for a payout..I have over $1000.00 invested and am on a fixed income was just trying to improve my financial situation. It's not an easy job learning a new skill set this company is looking for people that can turn in a lot of files per month and does not want people who can not provide that..I did my research on this company and thought it was a reputable company obviously I was wrong. It's very misleading..I would suggest that no one should believe the claims of the programs they have..I am however devastated by my loss and was hoping for some kind of pay I worked hard to find almost $100k in surpluses and now I'm finding out I most likely will never see a payout..I have been struggling for a year trying to hang in until I got paid from them..just want people to know it's not what they claim

HI Kim.  Sorry to hear about that experience so far with Shawn and his program.   What state were the files you sent him?   I have worked in the Overage business in the past.  I am just getting it back up and going.  I want to see if I can help you with the work you put in.

No promises of course, and I am a bit rusty, but hit me back here.

 Kimberly,

Thank you for posting this. I am disabled and trying to find a way to make a living. I am so sorry this happened to you.

Right now I am into Rich Dad podcasts and books and such. I am hopeful in some of the classes that I am taking right now. I have some VA benefits. I do want to be able to make a living and take care of my family. I am glad you stopped me from being lead astray with this.
