I’m new to RE, was just wondering where’s the best place to start? Wholesaling or investing? Any fundamental knowledge I would appreciate. Thanks

Most people start with wholesaling since it can be done with very little capital and risk. Flipping, buy and hold etc. takes an investor that has money and is willing to take on much more risk for potentially a higher return.
