Other lists besides Listsource?

Hey guys - is Listsource (Corelogic) the best way to get leads, or are there other ways to obtain lists that are (1) better or (2) cheaper? thanks!

Are you looking for a spreadsheet listing properties and whether or not they are on these lists:

code violations, tax delinquent, 24 Hour arrest record, pre foreclosure, auction list, city liens, owner obituaries, etc ....

this information would be listed all in one place. which means you would know if properties were actually worth pursuing depending on how many lists they are on.

plus all of the relevant information needed for the property from each one of those lists could easily be added. plus skip trace information could be added for homeowner.

basically i can systematically sift through all of these lists and see if there are matches for one property on multiple lists. I can tell if <123 main street> has delinquent taxes, code violations, is in process of foreclosure, homeowner has passed away, has been arrested recently, etc..
