Hello I am new to BiggerPockets I have been doing real estate investing on and off for about two years mostly off. I know my deal is coming soon, but I have two questions. Are there people doing deals in my area consistently? Lastly does anyone offer some type of coaching I understand time is money willing to do what it takes to add value to someone who is proven so I learn what I am missing,
