House Hacking for Teens
Basically my partner and I are 17 years old as of right now & We have desired dreams of becoming full time Investors. We both turn 18 in a couple of months and want to HOUSE HACK a Duplex or Triplex and share a unit together. We are both working part times wholesaling, bird-dogging and plan to attend community college together this fall to major business. How do we properly do this ??? Any step by step suggestions or... I can also take any financial advice regarding on how to fund this correctly with him . Anything helps, please respond !!!
