Hello BP community,

We re just finishing our new construction, getting ready for the appraisal. We are expecting minimum of 50% equity.

Our lender is advising NOT to prepare any forms, pdf's. or comps for the appraiser. Based on today's BP Daily podcast, it is recommended to prepare Comps and other materials in order to Up the chances for high appraisal.

Any advise whether or not to prepare any supporting documents will be appreciated.
