Comps and cap rate range on multi family apartment building
I am currently trying to run comps on a 2bd 1bth 3bd 1 bath & 1bd 1bth multi family apartment building. I am having a hard time running comps due to the difference in the units, as well as knowing a good cap rate range. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
