I’m new to the real estate investment game. I’ve been reading and listening to the BiggerPockets podcast which fueled my fire to get in now! I’m lookin for any tips on how to get started, find a mentor, or deal analytics. Any help with any of my questions would be appreciated tremendously!!! Thank you 🙏🏼

@Nevan Martrich . Listen to Bigger Pockets podcasts, the newbie podcast, the money podcast. When you hear a guest speaker with a perspective that hits home with you, get the contact information about the guest (usually in the show notes) and contact them. Be specific about how you can relate to their story, tell them you are seeking a mentor for (xyz), ask them if they mentor or can point you to someone who does. Dont give up on your goals, make a list of what you have to offer (hard work, leads, investment opportunities, etc).

@Nevan Martrich mentors seem to be on every corner. Do your research and tread lightly. There are good ones and ones who only hustle people out of their money.
