Above 50% DTI HELOC?
Hey all, I am curious if anyone has used a bank (or other financial institution) that was able to offer a HELOC with DTI numbers above 50%. Have a client who is a single mom looking to leverage a HELOC and with single income the DTI is good but not great and an extra few percent could really help her unlock a bit more.
