Retail Commercial Lenders or Private Money?
I am working on a few LOI's right now for some awesome retail Commercial buildings in Reno. I am cold calling local banks to get some quotes on LTV, rates, terms, etc. I am wondering if any one knows a specialty lender in the area that knows how to work commercial loans with NNN leases? Or if you have any contacts who might be able to guide me to the best deal. Thank you!
