Anyone know of lenders that do not have a seasoning period for a cash out refi in Kansas city area?

Typically if renovations were done you can avoid a seasoning period. Did you add value to the property and how did you pay for the renovations?

We will have no seasoning requirement if you bought all cash and are refinancing within 3 months.  If its post 3-months, we can do a full 100% cash-out refi.  PM me if you want to discuss further

@Jesse P Neumann It all depends on the details. If you bough the property in cash, then you can do a delayed cash-out refi within the initial 6 months, without any seasoning. The cash-out amount is limited to the lower of: Max allowed LTV or purchase price + purchase closing cost.
