You have plenty of brokers to choose from. I would suggest interviewing all to see which one has the best connections in the industry.
Hi Esther, I was going to ask the same question as Brandon. Are you looking for conventional, commercial, or hard money? I have worked with all 3 locally and have a list, but my favorite for conventional is Cross Country, commercial/DSCR is Hometown, and hard money is Longhorn Investments. I also have relationships with other local mortgage companies and credit unions because you never know how they can fit your unique needs on a certain project.
