Hello, I am looking to purchase a duplex in Newark, NJ in a few months. It would be a conventional loan, 15% down on a multifamily property. Any recommendations?

@Benjamin Furney any particular reason you are looking to do 15% down?   Personally I prefer more liquid cash in pocket to leverage value add possibility in North Jersey market.   15% down in Newark could mean 5% down convectional in a neighboring town without the crazy rent control laws Newark has to offer.
