Hi

I would like to start lending hard money and flipping my notes for my capital back and just keeping the 2pts on origination. Anyone can give me any insights into how and where would I go to sell my hard money loans.

Have you considered becoming a mortgage broker for hard money?  This pretty much sounds what like what you are looking to do, and the licensing requirements are very light (or nonexistent) in most states to act as a broker / referrer for hard money loans
