Has anyone had issues contacting Trophy Point Investments lately?

Hey guys, I've been investing in real estate for 10 years using different lenders but have never experienced the issue I am having right now. I am working on closing a sale of one of my properties which is being held up because I am being ghosted by Trophy Point. I had initially reached out to Trophy Point for funds to help acquire the deal. I paid the loan off in full earlier this year and am now under contract to sell, with the closing date upon us. Trophy Point never filed the Release of Mortgage with my local land records and this is now obviously getting in the way of closing. My attorney and I have been reaching out for a while now but have not received any response. What would you do in this situation, is there some course of action to take other than just waiting for them to answer (which at this point I am not even sure if the lights are still on or they're just ignoring us)

Thanks for the help!!

@Malick Ngom

Get an attorney to send a certified letter requiring signature and include the satisfaction

In most states a lender can be held liable for damages for not recording the satisfaction

Thanks Chris, we sent that request out a few days ago and are still waiting for response. It's unfortunate because it's a BiggerPockets recommendation @Joseph Coleman

@Malick Ngom

Is it their recommended or featured? Big difference as I didn’t think BP “recommended” anyone and has featured groups which are paid to be on the list.

Thank you for looping us in! That sounds stressful. I just sent you a DM. I want to make sure we understand what happened. However, I was not able to identify you in our system to look into this. Concierge does not technically "recommend" using a particular lender or agent. But we do hold our featured agents and lenders to a high standard. We regularly deny lenders from signing up to advertise with us and cancel them if they do not abide by our code of conduct.

@Chris Seveney I may have misspoke, I believe they were featured as a good option for Veterans. @Joseph Coleman yes BP suggestions are usually amazing so I hope this issue can be easily resolved. Thanks for reaching out.
