Dear BP members,

Is any of you familiar with My First Texas Home Program?

I know that the information is on that site but there are a lot of concepts that I don't understand.

For example:

What is the price limit of the property the program allow you to buy?

What is the minimum down payment?

Also, I want to know your experience with the paper work.
