Hello Everyone. We are looking to do a complete rehab and as an exit strategy, refinance out of the HML. Can anyone recommend a lender who will refi out of the HML without any seasoning requirements or cash out limitations?
Do you know of a lender that will not only refi out of the HML but also any out of pocket rehab costs without seasoning requirements?
Is this an owner occupied home and how long have you owned the home for?
What was the purchase price?
We are closing in 2 weeks with a 30 day rehab w a HML. Our company is purchasing but a member of the company will be occupying it. So if all goes well, we can refi after the rehab has been completed, approx 30-45 days.
