I am looking for advice and/or a referral. I have a property under contract that I think I would be better off with a bridge loan rather than conventional investment financing. The property is two separate 5 acre tracks on one deed. Track 1 has the house. Track 2 is raw land. Separate they are worth much more. I plan to separate and resell individually. I have a buyer for the tract with the house. No major rehab required just cosmetic. And 5 acre lots are selling fast in this area. Does anyone know of a private lender in the OKC area? Or other suggestions?
