Dear friend basically A Home equity loan lets you borrow a fixed amount, secured by the equity in your home, and receive your money in one lump sum. The amount you can qualify for is based on your home's Loan to Value ratio, payment term, verifiable income and credit history. Typically, home equity loans have a fixed interest rate, fixed term and fixed monthly payment. Interest paid on a home equity loan may be 100% tax deductible.

As a student home equity loan, or a home equity line of credit makes sense for you. Which you choose depends on your circumstances, interest rates, and the purpose of the equity loan. Just make sure that the lender isn’t adding “junk fees” for things and If you fail to make your payments, the lender can foreclose on your house.

Thanks guys, but I'm asking can a home equity loan or line of credit be obtain by someone like me with no verifiable income? and do you know of any particular lender who would work with me?
