Refinance a 2 family residential property under a LLC in NJ

Could someone recommend a good mortgage broker/bank that can do commercial mortgage in Jersey City, New Jersey 07305? I have a 2 family residential house value at about $250K currently under a LLC. Currently rented for a total of $2100 per month. I was told as long as a house under a LLC, it has to refinance as commercial mortgage.
