Homestyle Lenders in Chicagoland

I'm actively looking for lenders in The Chicagoland area, specifically the west suburbs (Downers Grove and surrounding) that has experience with the Fannie Mae Homestyle Renovation Loan. It may also be pertinent that the lender is ok with issuing a non-marriage joint mortgage, although that part is to be determined. Does anyone have any referrals they could send my way? Thanks! Pat
