Hard Money rates in Florida

Hello all,

I am looking to do some research on interest rates and closing costs for hard money lenders in Florida in general and the Tampa area in particular. Since I have never really looked, I was wondering how much of a disparity there is in interest rates and closing costs between lenders.

Any help on this would be appreciated.
