NJ / NYC Looking for private money/ loan officers
We're currently transitioning the business to start some rehabbing and eventually do some buy and holds. My team and I are looking to establish some good relationships with private money lenders and banks so I wanted to know if the community has some referrals and what would be the best questions to ask moving forward and some things to look out for.
