Has anyone used Barnett Capital or Brook View Financial? Looking into HML for youngstown Ohio.

Great to talk to you last week. Just to follow up in answer to your questions:

In general, when asking about specific companies, BiggerPockets recommends using the MarketPlace, because you're not allowed to have any solicitations or direct referrals in the Forums. In the MarketPlace, people could give more clear answers over exactly who they'd recommend.

We do work with RCN, including Jeff & several other contacts over there.

Thank you for the answer . Can you please explain why should this go on the market place and not here? I'm not advertising for them, I want info about them?

Technically, the BiggerPockets Marketplace is better suited for questions like this (asking about specific companies).

Also, you can start searching for lenders in your area in the BiggerPockets Hard Money Lenders directory.

All in all, we've researched more than 560 Private Hard Money Lenders from all across the country, and whittled the list down to our top 198 based on 23 loan types & 6 specialized criteria.

Definitely many have programs available for all around OH, but the biggest problem we usually find in Ohio is that many deals are too small to fit into many lenders' minimum loan balance requirements.
