Assist my son with the purchase of a duplex through LLC
Our LLC is about 12 years old. My son, who is a member of the LLC is looking at buying a duplex. I want to help him with the down with an established no interest (except for the cost of extracting equity from a property) repayment schedule.
Just looking into this, haven't spoke to an attorney or accountant yet. We were thinking using the gifting tool but I don't know if I need to or how to cover the LLC's expenditure. Any suggestions of how to go about this.
