Best Loan for Flips under 50k
We are currently actively seeking to purchase a home (our first) to flip. We are looking to purchase the condo at 35k-45k and hoping with repairs to sell around 70k. I wanted to get some opinions on the best types of loans to pursue in order maximize profits. Side note we have the capital to make this a cash buy but are concerned about getting too deep into the very first house. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
