Anyone have experience with Aim Loans?
We are currently shopping around for interest rates, and Aim Loan has a much better rate than the bank does... does anyone have any experience with them? We are in Southern California. I'm relatively new to this business - we just bought our second investment property (yeah!) and any guidance y'all have would be welcome. Thanks!
