Short term financing options for a paid off duplex held in LLC

I have a paid off duplex in Cleveland, OH held in a LLC and I need access to cash for a short term (~$40k). Conventional loans and personal loans are out as I recently started a 1099 job and banks wants a W2 or 1-2 years of 1099.

Any ideas on the fastest way to secure financing. Willing to pay higher interest rate.
