Best HML for rentals
Was curious if anyone has any recommendations for a HML to use for buying/refinancing single family rentals?
I live in Michigan
I dont want a seasoning period
Ive been a full time investor for 4 years so experience isn't an issue
Credit is over 700
The higher the ARV/loan rate the better of course
If you run the loan calculator for these the numbers still make sense. Maybe the fees kill the deal? Just looking for some expertise from all you knowledgeable folks on here. What a great community. I'm a long time member/reader but don't post much. Which I need to change! Thanks in advance.
