How to get cash out refinance on non warrantable condos ?
Hey I have a few free and clear condos in sfo Bay Area which are having great cash flows . I am looking to do cash out refinance on these non warrantables condo to buy more properties but I am having a difficulty in finding lenders who can do that as I have high D/E ratio ( due to high number of financed properties ). Do you know a lender who have reasonable fees and allow cash out refinance on non warrantable condos in CA?
