Hey BP, I am just getting starting out and would like to build a relationship with a local bank. After listening to a number of these podcasts, it seems to be the thing to do, I just don’t know how to weed out the ones that will not work well with investors. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

You can meet them and ask questions so you know that lender will be good for investment purpose or not. Start from your own bank because you may be familiar with their staff. Make an appointment with LO and ask all the questions, you will have better understanding about their products. If its not right fit ask for referral from your bank.
