Mortgage options for self employed less than 2 years

Good morning BP, I won’t go into too much detail, but basically I’ve only been technically self employed for the last year and a half. And as you can guess most mortgage lenders that I have talked to say they can’t do anything until I’ve been self employed for 2 years. So I figured this would be the best place to ask: is there any private lenders out there that would consider lending to me? And if so what are the pros/cons to it? Im just tired of paying ridiculous rent. Thanks in advance!

Be patient two years is not very long and th etime can be used to learn everything about finances and investing.

You should also cponsidr that renting is far less expensive than ownership. Many investors take advantage of this to reduce expences and live a frugal life style to allow saving as much money as possible. You need your own money to invest to make money.
