I am selling a half duplex for $115k, and I have a potential buyer with ~$20k downpayment. The issue is that he does not have a social security number and very little/no credit history. He does have a taxpayer ID # and at least two years of tax returns to verify income from 2016 and 2017. He owns his own painting business in Kansas.
I am having trouble helping him find financing. I confirmed that the bank that he uses for his business doesn't do ITIN loans. Does anyone know of any good potential financing options for him?
