Help! looking for Delayed Financing provider for FL deal
Hello BP, I'm closing on a great cash deal but need to get my money back out as quick as possible afterwards. I'm looking for Delayed Financing provider that will lend on 100% of purchase price (and if possible on rehab costs included in the HUD, though not required). Can anybody point me in the right direction? Deal is in Deltona, FL. Great house, great deal, tons of equity built in. Thanks in advance!
