Anyone have experience with Sprout Mortgage from Orange County?
Hi friends,
I am looking for a mortgage for a condotel in California and will need to go with an unconventional loan due to my other properties and debt/income ratio. Spoke with Sprouts and they reported a product that is 20% down for a 30 year fixed in the high 5 to low 6 percent (for someone with excellent credit). This is specifically for short term vacation rental. Anyone have any experience with sprout mortgage (not sprout financial)? Anyone know if there are any better products?
