Posted

So now I have been trying to pay it all off but my debt income ratio is 46 percent and I called lender and they said they can offer around 25k lol. My credit score is like 709 and I have 10k for down payment. My monthly debt is 1200 and my income monthly is 3000. So any suggestions what I should do.
