This property is a 1518 sqft home, $21,900 asking price, Rehab would be somewhere around $50,000, ARV of $110,000 - $125,000 (from recent comparables). I have two other rental properties in this area and they rent for $1,100 and $1,300 for similar homes. Looking for financing for this property in Kansas.
