Bavex Lending for long term financing

Anyone heard of Bavex Lending before? I came across them in a FB group for REI and thought they had a good deal on long-term financing. 5.5% recourse 30-year term for LLC. Everybody else asks for at least 6.5% and 2 points, so I'm wondering if this is "too good to be true". Just want to make sure they're legitimate. Thanks.
