First commercial apartment property offer accepted. Lender can’t close loan within 30 days, they can only do 45 days. Seller wants to close in 30 days. What should I do?
@Sammie Xiao congratulations on having an LOI accepted. Before you finalize your PSA you can search for a new lender that can close in the time frame the seller wants. Does that timeline align with your due diligence period? If the offer was accepted based on a 45 day window to close you may be in a position to negotiate for a shorter window.
