So I’ve got a client selling his property it has 3 double wide trailers on 10 acres. 1 is rented but is in need of some repairs. 2 is owner occupied and in pretty good repair 3. Is in the middle of being renovated and vacant. The loan you are looking for is a bit of a unicorn. A non-owner occupied Mfg. home loan doesn't really exist in the conventional, government, Non-QM worlds. The only place you will find this kind of loan is with a local credit union or a local community bank as a portfolio loan, and not all will do this loan, so burn up the phones finding lending for it.
