Cash out Re Finance for a Ex felon.

Lance Bean
Posted May 23 2022, 20:43

I currently have a real estate portfolio worth 2million dollars free and clear. Looking to do a cash out refi for about $500k. Have a opportunity to buy 25 more doors. Having a issue getting funding from banks because I am a ex felon. Do anyone know any banks who would look pass my record?

Hi @Lance Bean, as long as your record does not contain a felony for fraud, I would be able to help you out.

Feel free to shoot me a message.

@Lance Bean Have you considered purchasing under an LLC? If you currently have $2 million in assets some lenders might not even care to run a background check (if it's not a primary residence purchase). I can take a look if you'd like.

Private 30Y mortgages (DSCR loan) would be available if you have a friend / family member or bussiness partner who would be willing to come onto the deal and sign for you. Open a new LLC, add an additional member (person signing) and you should be good to go as long as they have good credit. I would be happy to take a look! @Lance Bean

@Eric Estra yes. All my properties are under my LLC. And I am the sole member of the LLC.
