How can I obtain LLC funding with only a year LLC history?
I'm willing to sign personally, and I will have significant cash from investors in the bank account. I will grant the bank collateral in all the houses that we are purchasing. Anyone know a good lender that I can approach to accomplish this? Getting individual mortgages for all my properties is getting unwieldy. Any information would be very helpful. Thanks.
