Seller Financed Down Payment

Hey everyone so my partner and I found 2 building (8 unit deal) in providence where the seller will contribute 20% down toward the loan. We are now searching for investors that have worked with commercial lenders that would allow for a seller financed down payment. Please message me privately if you have any insight onto this.

Great question. I would reach out to some local banks and credit unions as allowing a 2nd position / seller carry back is typically done by a bank by bank level
