Duplex Financing for Less Than 25% Down

Looking for some creating funding options to finance a couple duplexes in Texas at more than 75% LTV. Also If anyone has any portfolio lender suggestions feel free to drop them below.

You mentioned wanting to finance more than one, so I’m assuming you aren’t looking at “house hacking” and living in one of the units? 

If not, DSCR may be an option. Conventional will require 25% for a multifamily as you've seen. There are lenders that will do 80-85% LTV but it may depend on the debt ratio of the specific property, your credit and level of experience. @Eric Santano Academy Mortgage can go 10% down and no MI on 1-4 unit investment properties since we portfolio the loan on our own books.
