I am new investor here in Brampton. I overheard a conversation from a real estate meeting but I forgot who it was. Some guy talked about credit blitsing or bank blitsing?. Can someone elaborate on that in detail?

When is it appropriate?
How much should I get? 
Are there Do's and Don't?

 I just remember the brief point of the discussion saying to raise as much credit as you can in a short period of time or something? Just wondering the implications of that.

 hmm i see.. ive only heard about it like twice in my life but pretty much they said to raise as much credit from banks in a very short period of time.. like loc's? Idk if this applies to mortgages😵
